To export a product ad from CubbieAI, prepare the canvas so it contains the composition you want to deliver, then use Export to download a PNG. Open the downloaded file and check the result before uploading it to your store or campaign.
A working canvas can contain reference photos, rejected candidates, notes, and several layouts. Those objects help you design, but they may also become part of the export. Prepare a delivery copy so you can keep the useful working material in the original project.
This guide covers the canvas PNG export workflow. It does not assume a selected-object-only export, automatic placement sizing, or transparent output.
Know what you are preparing
A clean composition has a clear product, readable copy, and deliberate space around both. Here is an existing CubbieAI demonstration poster:

The important distinction is between the working board and the deliverable. References can stay in your working project, while the delivery copy contains only the objects that belong in the final ad.
1. Finish the layout before preparing the export
Check the product image, headline, supporting text, and offer. Resolve missing images and incomplete edits before proceeding. If you are uncertain about a product detail, return to the product-consistency review.
Review spelling and line breaks. Make sure the text remains readable at a smaller viewing size and does not obscure important product features. A shape that looks like a button will be part of the picture; configure its real destination separately in the service where you publish the ad.

2. Preserve the working project
Use Project center → Duplicate current project to create a copy for export preparation. Wait for the copy to open and check that its images and text are available. Confirm you are working in the duplicate before removing anything.
If duplication fails or an image is unavailable, resolve that first. Avoid cleaning up the only working version while assuming a separate copy exists.
Studio also exposes project backup export and import under Project and canvas settings. Keep the roles of your files clear:

3. Remove everything that does not belong in the final image
In the delivery copy, remove reference photos, unused alternatives, review notes, and extra layouts from the canvas. Keep the intended product image and its final copy or design elements.
Do not rely on moving unwanted objects beyond the current screen view. Panning and zooming change what you see while editing; they should not be treated as an export crop. Also do not assume that selecting one image limits the top-level Export action to that image.
Review the canvas as a whole. A small stray object far from the composition can make the output include more space than you intended. Use the Layers panel to help locate objects that are difficult to spot, and check object order where text or shapes overlap.

4. Export and inspect the actual file
Choose Export and open the downloaded PNG. Do not approve it solely because the canvas looked right before the download.
Check the file against this short list:
- The intended composition is present and no reference-board material appears.
- The product is complete, with no missing or unexpectedly covered parts.
- Text has the correct wording, line breaks, and spacing.
- The background looks as intended, without assuming transparency.
- The file’s pixel dimensions and file size fit the destination’s current requirements.
An image-generation aspect ratio describes the generated image. Additional objects on the canvas can change the bounds of the exported composition, so the same ratio should not be assumed for the final PNG.
If the destination requires a specific size, check the downloaded dimensions and prepare a suitable version. Merely renaming the file does not resize it. After resizing or cropping in your delivery workflow, inspect the product and text again.
5. Keep a clear connection to the source project
Use a filename that identifies the product and version, such as blue-chair-terracotta-headline-a.png. Keep a note of the Studio project that produced it.
When the offer or headline changes, edit the working project and export a new image. Updating the project does not replace copies already uploaded to a website, store, or advertising service.
For each new delivery, check that you are using the intended file. Similar filenames and multiple downloads can otherwise make it easy to publish an older offer.
Troubleshooting PNG exports
Why is there so much empty space around my ad?
Inspect the delivery canvas for stray objects and references outside the main composition. Remove unwanted objects from the copy, then export again and check whether the bounds now match your intent.
Why did a reference image appear in my export?
It was still part of the exportable canvas content. Prepare a separate delivery copy containing only the finished composition, then inspect the next PNG.
Why can I no longer edit the headline in the PNG?
The PNG contains flattened pixels. Return to the Studio project where the headline was created as a text object, edit it there, and export an updated file.
Why does an image appear to be missing?
Check that it is fully loaded and visible in the project and that another object is not covering it. Resolve unavailable assets before retrying. A successful download alone does not confirm that every intended element is present.
Does PNG mean the background is transparent?
No. PNG can support transparency, but that does not establish that this export uses it. Check the actual output and plan around the visible canvas background in this workflow.
